There are many reasons to do a property clearing...

• You are feeling uncomfortable with the energy in the space or you want to clear out old energy and refresh.
• You are personally shifting into a new energetic space in your life and the energy of the property no longer matches yours. 
• Something feels amiss when you are on the property. You might feel specific unexplainable emotions or energetics.
• You are having difficulty renting or selling. To date nearly every property clearing I have done of this nature has rented or sold soon after. In some cases it has been a matter of days.  While I never promise results, I want you to know that this has the potential to have huge impact on your bottom line.

Property Clearings can be done remotely from anywhere in the world as long as you own or rent the property. I typically do the clearing within 48 hours of booking and follow up with you via phone or email (your choice) when it is completed.
